Who we are

Threadmancer is a tabletop RPG campaign management tool. To ask questions or request data deletion by email, contact us at privacy@threadmancer.app (replace with your address).

What data we collect

• Account data — your name, email address, and profile picture, obtained when you sign in with Google.
• Campaign content — all RPG material you create inside the app: campaigns, characters, locations, factions, items, events, sessions, objectives, secrets, and related notes.

We do not collect payment information, precise location, or any data beyond what is needed to run the app.

How we use it

• Authentication — to identify you and secure your account.
• App functionality — to store and display your campaign data.
• AI features — text you submit to the Extraction and GM Assistant features is sent to a third-party large language model provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google, depending on configuration) to generate responses. This data is subject to the respective provider's privacy policy.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Cookies

We set one cookie: gma_token, an HTTP-only authentication token that keeps you logged in for 7 days. It is strictly necessary for the app to work and does not track you across other sites. No analytics or advertising cookies are used.

Data retention

Your data is stored for as long as your account exists. You can request deletion at any time using the contact details above.

Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU or UK, you have the right to access, correct, export, or erase your personal data. Contact us at the address above to exercise any of these rights.

Beta notice

This app is currently in a closed beta. Access is by invitation only. Data practices may be updated before the public release.
